Approach
How I turn ambiguity into clarity
Framework
Four lenses I use to turn signals into decision tools
01. Service Design
+
Map journeys and backstage constraints to make services workable.
02. Design Research
+
Collect signals, test assumptions, and turn findings into evidence.
03. Content Strategy
+
Make meaning clear across channels, moments, and formats.
04. Systems Thinking
+
See dependencies, design leverage, and avoid local fixes.
Projects
Work that turns research into decision tools
A curated set of projects. Each case shows my approach: signals → synthesis → structure → clearer decisions.

About Me
Research-led designer who turns ambiguity into direction
Info
Hello, I’m Jung Taekhyung, an interdisciplinary designer based in Singapore.
I work across research, strategy, and service design, and I’m most interested in how people make sense of complexity —
and how we can turn that into clear direction.
What I care about most is learning and connection: how knowledge is built, how ideas link up, and how small insights become bigger perspectives. I spend a lot of time thinking about uncertainty — not as something to avoid, but something to explore and work with.
